Hi, I’m Vince — a Hangzhou-based real estate agent helping expats find their home in China.

My real estate journey began in Victoria, British Columbia, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree before stepping into the Canadian property market. Over the next 11 years, I built my career across North American real estate — working in property development, residential sales, and buyer representation. It was a career that taught me not just how to close deals, but how to truly understand what people need when they’re looking for a place to call home.

When I returned to China, something struck me immediately. Foreign nationals in Hangzhou — whether here for work, family, or a fresh start — were facing enormous challenges finding rental housing. Language barriers, unfamiliar processes, and a lack of trustworthy English-speaking agents made what should be an exciting new chapter feel overwhelming instead.

That’s exactly why I started Vince Home Service. I combine my North American real estate expertise with local Hangzhou knowledge to bridge that gap — verified rental listings, bilingual support, transparent service fees, and end-to-end assistance from property search to move-in.
